By downloading or playing Spiritwood Defense: Grove Guardians ("the game"), published by EMRSAYGINER, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and play the game on your own devices for non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, resell, reverse engineer or redistribute the game or its assets, except where the law allows it.
Free levels and Premium
The first 5 levels are free on all platforms. The remaining levels are unlocked as follows:
- Android and iOS: a "Premium" auto-renewing subscription (monthly, quarterly or yearly). Prices are shown in your store before you confirm.
- Windows: the full game is a one-time purchase in the Microsoft Store. A free edition with the first 5 levels is also available.
Subscriptions (mobile)
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings (App Store: Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions; Google Play: Play Store > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions). Deleting the app does not cancel it.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
- There is no free trial.
Progress and availability
Your progress is stored on your device only. We cannot recover it if you delete the game or lose the device. We may update, change or discontinue the game at any time.
